An international team from global law firm Dentons represented Los Angeles-based startup Scalefast in its successful US$22 million Series B financing round, to expand its team, geographic footprint and product offerings and further support existing and new customers.

Scalefast seeks to help brands simplify direct-to-consumer ecommerce. Founded six years ago by three French entrepreneurs, it has expanded its operations to El Segundo, California, Paris, and Madrid. Scalefast works with European investors such as Crédit Mutuel Equity and Adara Ventures, two of the investors that participated in the Series B. Xplorer Capital, Stereo Capital, FJLabs, Benhamou Global Ventures, and other early stage investors also participated in the round.
