New to Fall Paris 2020 comes Coût de la Liberté -the brand’s founder and creative director,Jeff Lubell along with wife Carrie brought combined experience as a merchant and time spent as the original founder of True Religion Brand Jeans. Coût de la Liberté was created with what the brand says is a ‘Sense of freedom to do whatever they want and to wear whatever they want’ along with a blend of Jeff’s attraction to true artistic expression and craftsmanship, Carrie’s curiosity for fashion and a strong addiction to craftsmanship – all to form one stunning line.

The collection draws on some of the best expression cues found in the 1970s. The duo have extensively sourced fabrics and refined fits that are unparalleled. Using the finest and the most exotic textiles, threads and trims the fashion world will ever see. The brand also features a curated denim collection, in its finest form – which is no surprise.

Coût de la Liberté exclusively previewed their Fall 2020 collection at the Parisian Icon - Hôtel de Crillon, just off the Champs-Élysées. The full line of outer and ready-to-wear, including luxury hand-dyed furs, leathers and cashmeres, premium velvets and corduroys were draped on models and a first look at Jeff’s couture line of styled denim created quite a buzz amongst editors and buyers alike. The line was shown by fashion firm, The Finlay-Notman Agency and the agencies’ founder, Charlotte Finlay-Notman as well as media firm The MJS Groupe, and founder Michael Snell. Jeff, Carrie, Charlotte and Michael share an eager excitement to bring this uber-luxury brand to market together.
