National space launch company to occupy two buildings at Panorama Corporate Center

Savills completed a long-term, 250,000-square-foot lease renewal for United Launch Alliance (ULA) at Panorama Corporate Center in Denver’s Southeast Suburban submarket.

As part of the new agreement, ULA will continue to occupy the entirety of 9501 East Panorama Circle and 7630 South Chester Street. The lease commences December 2021 and includes short-term and long-term expansion and contraction options.

A Savills team led by Vice Chairman and Central Region Lead Rick Schuham, Executive Managing Director Todd Roebken and Associate Director Aaron Hafliger represented ULA in negotiations.

“ULA required flexibility in its office space and laboratories to support its current manifest of missions as well as development of its next-generation Vulcan Centaur rocket and its transition to recurring operations,” Schuham said. “Following an extensive search of the greater Denver metro market, our team successfully secured favorable lease renewal terms that meets the company’s needs while allowing it to remain at its current location.”

ULA, which has been a tenant at Panorama Corporate Center since 2011, is the world’s most experienced and reliable launch service provider. Formed in 2006, and headquartered in Centennial, ULA has successfully delivered more than 130 satellites to orbit that provide Earth observation capabilities, enable global communications, unlock the mysteries of our solar system, and support life-saving technology.

Panorama Corporate Center is a six-building, 780,649 square-foot class A office campus located at the intersection of Dry Creek and I-25. The property sits on the Dry Creek light rail station, which provides commuter access directly to downtown and other Southeast Suburban locations. John Marold of CBRE represented the landlord, EverWest, in the transaction.
