Acceleration Community of Companies Appoints Monica Chun Chief Client Officer and Rick Faigin EVP

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Acceleration Community of Companies (ACC) Founder and CEO Michael Nyman continues to expand his corporate and Advisory leadership team with the addition of two key executive hires. Monica Chun has been appointed the company’s Chief Client Officer and President of Acceleration Brand Advisory; Rick Faigin joins as Executive Vice President of Acceleration Brand Advisory.

In her new role, Chun will lead and architect brand strategy, multi-platform go-to-market initiatives, and integrated marketing solutions for all Acceleration Brand Advisory clients as well as help develop agency client relations and create synergies between ACC’s various agencies and their offerings. Faigin will be responsible for the Advisory’s client development, strategic partnerships, and engineering unique and robust marketing and cultural campaigns that push the envelope for clients.

Prior to joining ACC, Chun was a 22-year veteran of entertainment marketing and communications firm PMK*BNC, where she most recently served as agency president. Faigin is also a veteran of PMK*BNC, where he oversaw business development and the agency’s entertainment marketing division.

Nyman launched ACC in Spring 2018 as an alternative solution to the current marketing and media agency resources available in the market today, while balancing the changing consumer market with the client’s needs and wants.

Prior to joining ACC, she was the president of PMK*BNC, where she oversaw brand strategy & communications, influencer marketing, insights & analytics, experiential and digital. She was also lead client strategist for the Samsung Electronics business which included experiential, influencer, channel marketing, and the Samsung 837 experience center. Last year, Chun co-authored “The Art of Branded Entertainment,” the first book written by a Cannes Lions jury on how to create compelling entertainment in an on-demand world.

Faigin is ACC’s new Executive Vice President of Acceleration Brand Advisory. Prior to joining ACC, he was at PMK*BNC, where he oversaw business development and the agency’s entertainment marketing division. At PMK*BNC, Faigin orchestrated several lucrative partnerships and endorsement deals for major clients including T-Mobile, American Express and Samsung, among others. Prior to PMK*BNC, Faigin spent two years as head of marketing & partnerships at Paradigm Talent Agency.
