Q. What are expedited Business visas, and how quickly can you offer them to clients?

Business visas are travel documents that countries require for travelers conducting business activities, such as meetings, conferences, and sales calls, to obtain prior to entry into the country.

For example, if you have meetings with a customer or vendor in China, you need to apply for a Business Visa to China prior to departing the U.S. For most countries, a business visa does not allow you to work in that country, only visit.

How quickly we are able to expedite the visa is dependent on the country you are traveling to. In some cases, we can get a business visa in as little as one day.

Q. Your website lists offices in Houston, New York, Los Angeles, in addition to Chicago and San Francisco — what services do you offer at these locations?

We offer all of our services to people in all 50 states. Chicago is the only physical storefront location we have. In these other cities we have employees on the ground that go to the various government offices that we need them to go to.

Q. Do you service corporate and/or consumers?

We service both corporate travelers and consumers. Annually, we find that we’re split about 50/50 between corporate clients and consumer travel (often tourists).

Q. What is the one question is no one asking about business visas, yet they should?

The big questions for visas always is: “Do I need a visa to the country I’m traveling to? Is my passport still valid?”

Q. What is the one big question that everyone asks yet few can answer?

One big question we get is: “Why is this such a pain to get a visa to country X?”

Our answer: People traveling out of the United States have it far, far easier than the vast majority of people around the world. They have easy access to embassies and consulates and processing is generally easy.. Unfortunately, a visa to the U.S. is inaccessible to large swaths of the world’s population … yet we really have it easy to travel pretty much anywhere.
