RPM Investments acquires 16,230-square-foot warehouse in Van Nuys
Lee & Associates – LA North/Ventura, a commercial real estate brokerage firm, has closed a $3 million industrial sale in Van Nuys, California. Scott Caswell, SIOR, Managing Director- Calabasas, and Erica Balin, both principals of Lee & Associates - LA North/Ventura, represented the buyer, Fox Capital, LLC, and the seller, The Kamat Family Trust, in the sale.
Located at 7020 Hayvenhurst Avenue, the 16,230-square-foot, multi-tenant industrial building was acquired through a 1031 tax-deferred exchange.
“It is very challenging to find any multi-tenant industrial buildings for sale in the San Fernando Valley and this is a rare find. This project is centrally located with great access to all the major freeways, quick access to Los Angeles and well suited to serve the Van Nuys Airport,” said Caswell.
“Due to its central location in the San Fernando Valley, 7020 Hayvenhurst Avenue is a great investment property,” said Caswell. “Not only is it less than five minutes away from the Van Nuys Airport, but it is also in close proximity to Interstate 405 and U.S. Route 101.”
