CBRE announced today that Bill Grice has joined CBRE Hotels as Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Hospitality Capital Markets. Based at the firm’s Atlanta office, Mr. Grice will focus on the origination and placement of debt and equity for hospitality related transactions.

Mr. Grice will take on a leadership role in partnership with Mark Owens, Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Hospitality Capital Markets, to lead the development of the Debt & Structured Finance team for CBRE Hotels.

Mr. Grice joins CBRE from JLL, where he spent the past 13 years, most recently as Managing Director and Co-Head of Hotel Investment Banking. Prior to this, he was a Director with GE Capital Real Estate.

Mr. Grice holds a M.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and graduated Clemson University with a B.S. in Finance & Economics.
