Cushman & Wakefield (CWK -2.1%) has sold Terreno Realty's (TRNO +1.6%) three industrial properties located in Maryland's Baltimore-Washington corridor for a consideration of $51.25M.
These fully leased buildings offer immediate access to the primary transportation arteries, making up one of the most strategic core logistics portfolios in the Baltimore region.
The transaction was completed through Cushman & Wakefield’s Jonathan Carpenter and Graham Savage to the buyer, Longpoint Realty.
