Alliant Capital Closes $65M Tax Credit Fund

Alliant Capital announces today the closing of Fund 103, a $65 million low income housing tax credit fund that will facilitate the creation of nearly 650 units for seniors and families in states that are among those hardest hit by the Coronavirus pandemic: Arizona, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida.
