10/1/19

Konyika Nealy has joined CBRE as Vice President of Quality and Certification within its Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business. Ms. Nealy will lead all efforts associated with CBRE’s Quality Program for GWS and its clients. Primarily focused on supporting the segment’s Life Sciences Division, Ms. Nealy will oversee the teams responsible for all quality and compliance deliverables for regulated and non-regulated environments.

“Konyika’s experience and credentials leading high-impact programs in the fields of quality management, regulation and certification make her an ideal fit for this role,” said Matt Werner, Chief Operating Officer, CBRE GWS Americas. “We are delighted she is joining our organization.”

Ms. Nealy has more than 20 years of diversified experience in roles such as Microbiologist, Regulatory Affairs Leader, Director of Quality, Senior Director of Project Management, and Vice President of Quality and Validation.

Ms. Nealy’s appointment comes at a time of robust growth for GWS’s Life Sciences business, which manages hundreds of facilities that require heightened quality regulations specific to laboratory, clean room, regulated manufacturing, vivarium and other specialized spaces. In her new role, Ms. Nealy will work closely with Ken Manke, who was recently appointed to lead GWS’s Life Sciences Division in overseeing service delivery to enterprise clients within the life sciences, pharmaceutical and bio-tech industries.

CBRE’s GWS business delivers portfolio-level real estate solutions, providing occupiers of commercial real estate a broad suite of integrated, contractually based services, including facilities management, project management, transaction management and management consulting.
