CBRE announced today that James Graber, MAI has been named national leader of seniors housing and healthcare for Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS).

Mr. Graber has more than 13 years of professional experience within the seniors housing and healthcare industry. Mr. Graber is promoted to managing director and will lead a national team that focuses solely on valuation and advisory services for seniors housing assets, including active adult, independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and continuing care retirement communities.
