Integrated Capital Management, a private investment management firm founded by real estate finance veterans John Carrick and Robert Lindner, today announced that Jacob Sachse has joined the company as Senior Associate. In this role, Mr. Sachse is responsible for financial analysis, sourcing deal opportunities, supporting the firm’s real estate transactions and market research. Mr. Sachse brings valuable experience and expertise across various commercial real estate asset types, including retail, office, multifamily, hospitality, industrial and raw land.
Before joining ICM, Mr. Sachse pursued his graduate degree from the University of Southern California, receiving a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED). Prior to graduate school, Mr. Sachse spent five years as an Investment Sales Associate at Kennedy Wilson Properties and successfully completed more than $350 million in commercial real estate transactions. He led the firm’s team in financial analysis, due diligence, risk management and business development. Mr. Sachse received his Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
